How to use

Frequently asked questions

Is my contract uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF, your signature and the signed file are processed entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

Is this a legally valid or certified digital signature?

It adds a visual electronic signature, like signing on paper. It is not a certified digital signature with a cryptographic certificate, and we do not claim legal validity. If a document legally requires a certified digital signature, use an accredited provider.

Can I sign in Arabic?

Yes. You can draw your signature, or type your name in Arabic calligraphy-style fonts such as Aref Ruqaa, Reem Kufi and Amiri. Text and date items support Arabic and the Hijri date.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. Draw with your finger on the signature pad and drag, resize and place items by touch.

Can I put my initials on every page?

Yes. Create your initials, place them once and choose “Apply to all pages”.

Does it change the rest of my PDF?

No. Original content, page sizes and rotation are kept; your items are added on top. The file is saved with “-signed” added to its name.

Sign PDF files without uploading them

Most online signing sites upload your contract to their servers. This one does not. The PDF is opened and signed inside your browser, so an agreement, a form or an ID document stays on your device from start to finish.

You can draw a signature with a finger, stylus or mouse, type your name in a handwriting font, or photograph a signature on paper and let the tool remove the background. Add initials, free text, dates and checkmarks, then drag and resize each one on the page. Dates can be written in day-month-year, year-month-day or the Hijri calendar. Arabic text is shaped correctly, including mixed Arabic and English.

The result is a normal PDF with your marks placed at the exact position you chose, on pages of any size or rotation. Remember that this is a visual electronic signature, similar to signing a printout, and not a certified digital signature.
