Free classroom tools for teachers

Teachers spend a surprising part of every lesson on small logistics: who goes next, how much time is left, how loud the room has become, who works with whom. The tools below take those jobs off your hands. Put the classroom board on the projector, split students into teams with the random group generator, and keep an eye on the room with the noise meter.

For revision and homework there are flashcards and printable worksheets, from times tables to Arabic letter tracing. Save each class once under “My classes” and every tool can use it. Not sure where to start? Read free tools that help in the classroom.

Frequently asked questions

Do the classroom tools store my students’ names online?

No. Class lists are saved only in your browser, on the device you use, and nothing is sent to a server. You can export them to a file as a backup.

Can I use the classroom screen on a projector or smartboard?

Yes. Open the classroom board, press Full screen and use it with a mouse, touch or the keyboard. Text and icons are sized to be read from the back of the room.

Does the noise meter record the class?

No. The microphone is used only to measure how loud the room is. Nothing is recorded, stored or uploaded.

Do I need an account to use these tools?

No. There is no sign-up, and no limit on how many groups, worksheets or flashcard decks you make.
