Frequently asked questions
Is my document uploaded?
No. The document is read and laid out inside your browser, then saved to PDF with your browser’s own print engine.
Does it work with Arabic documents?
Yes. Right-to-left text, mixed Arabic and English, tables and numbering are kept, and the text in the PDF stays selectable.
Will it look exactly like Word?
Usually very close, but not always identical. Complex layouts such as text boxes, advanced columns, special fonts or tracked changes can differ slightly. Check the preview before saving.
Why do I see a print window?
Your browser creates the PDF, which keeps Arabic shaping correct and the text selectable. Choose “Save as PDF” as the printer instead of a real one.
What about old .doc files?
Only .docx is supported. Open a .doc file in Word or Google Docs and save it as .docx first.
Word documents to PDF, privately
Sending a Word file to an online converter means handing your document to someone else’s server. This tool reads your .docx directly in the browser and shows a preview, so contracts, CVs and reports stay on your device.
Because the PDF is created by your browser’s own print engine, Arabic letters join correctly, right-to-left paragraphs keep their direction, and the text in the finished PDF can be selected and searched. Headings, lists, tables, images and page breaks are carried over. You can pick A4 or Letter and choose the margins, or keep the ones stored in the document.
To be honest about the limits: very complex documents may not match Word perfectly. Text boxes, multi-column layouts and fonts that your device does not have can look slightly different, so look at the preview first. For the best result, use common fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman. If something looks off, adjust the document in Word and try again.
